Our promise: We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier, and standard delivery is free across Ireland. Express delivery is available at checkout for a flat €10, and every purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. Order processing
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding Irish and Thai public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and a dispatch notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery in Ireland
Standard delivery (free)
Cost: Free on every order. Timeframe: We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Coverage: All of Ireland.
Express delivery (€10 flat)
Cost: A flat €10, selected in the cart at checkout. Express is a paid upgrade for the fastest delivery option. Timeframe: Express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
We deliver across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford, alongside Kilkenny, Drogheda, Dundalk, Sligo, Athlone, Wexford, Letterkenny and Tralee. Remote and regional addresses may take longer. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product details visible on the outside.
3. Customs, duties and taxes
If your parcel is charged any customs duties, import taxes or fees by your country's customs authority, these are outside our control and are not included in our delivery charges. For questions about delivery to an address outside Ireland, contact us at theteam@vaginalprobiotics.irish.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team. See Track Your Parcel for help.
5. Delivery issues
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at theteam@vaginalprobiotics.irish with your order number and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we can often amend addresses before dispatch.
