Express delivery is available at checkout for a flat €10, and every purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee . 1. Order processing All orders are dispatched within 2 working days , Monday to Friday (excluding Irish and Thai public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and a dispatch notification with tracking information once it has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. 2. Delivery in Ireland Standard delivery (free) Cost: Free on every order. Timeframe: We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Coverage: All of Ireland. Express delivery (€10 flat) Cost: A flat €10, selected in the cart at checkout. Express is a paid upgrade for the fastest delivery option. Timeframe: Express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. We deliver across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford, alongside Kilkenny, Drogheda, Dundalk, Sligo, Athlone, Wexford, Letterkenny and Tralee.
